Mortgage Fraud
On a recent radio show, I got very angry after reading an article that talked about how Option One is in possible trouble for allegedly charging Blacks and Latinos more in fees. I read recently where the FBI has some 400 people being indicted for mortgage fraud in the past three months alone.

Foreclosures: Bad News could be Good News for you.
I just read a great article that says just four states, California, Florida, Nevada and Arizona, account for 62 percent of foreclosure starts! This only represent 45 percent of total loans outstanding.
